About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a State Farm team member for Mark Quinnell - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Support State Farm office administration, technical and computers systems management.
State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive at problem solving.
- People oriented and dedicated to customer service.
- Enthusiastic about the role that insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Property and Casualty Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer and systems management.
- Dedicated team player.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 with additional commission and bonus opportunities. Total compensation includes the following benefits
